Chalet L’Arole is located in the exclusive Chesières enclave of Villars close to the world-renowned Aiglon and Beau Soleil colleges. This impressive alpine residence set out over four floors, comfortably accommodates 16 guests in eight, individually designed, en-suite bedrooms.

Originally built in 1904 and previously owned by the House of Chanel dynasty, the chalet has undergone an extensive renovation completed in 2013. The exterior of the chalet has been lovingly restored while the interior has undergone a complete transformation with a key focus on sustainability. Many of the original features have been retained. Fine materials, handcrafted wood panelling, natural stones, and antique and contemporary furniture have all been utilised to create an outstanding, luxurious family home. The latest security and entertainment systems have also been incorporated into the infrastructure.

The chalet boasts a gym, cinema room, sauna, and massage room as well as an outdoor heated swimming pool and cedar hot tub perfect for relaxing in and taking in the mountain views. The chalet provides a sophisticated venue for entertaining. Canapés and pre-dinner drinks are taken in the drawing room while dinner is served in the impressive wood-panelled dining room before retiring in front of the log fire in the sitting room with a glass of your favourite digestive.

A wonderful glass and oak staircase opens up the centre of the property accessing all floors. Seven of the eight en-suite bedrooms are located on the top two floors of the chalet, a number of which have access to one of the two balconies. The two master bedrooms incorporate spacious bathrooms and dressing rooms. All, bar two, of the bedrooms can be configured either as twins or double bedrooms, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
